There are infinite ways to explore Kundalini.

This most simple way to categorize and explain them.

Masculine

Right Hand Path

Kundalini is explored using body technology, a framework, your will, direction, and discipline.

Some Practices Include:

  • Kundalini Yoga
  • Tantric Hatha Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Pranayama

Feminine

 Left Hand Path

Kundalini exploration is intuitive, surrendered, mysterious, wild, and highly energetic.

Some Practices Include:

  • Intuitive Movement
  • Psychedelics or Plant Medicines
  • Kundalini Activations
  • Shaktipat Meditations

Which is better?

There is not one that is better, yet I have found it very helpful to have both backgrounds. It’s like a balancing the masculine and feminine for a layered understanding and wholesome approach.

Why?

f your practice is only masculine it could lack a relationship to intuitive listening, letting the body tell you what it needs, and the power behind surrendering to energetic experiences.

If your practice is only feminine it could lack the understanding of how to direct, control, and the ability develop your energy without relying on another.

My Background

When it Started

My journey started 9 years ago when I started teaching Tantric Hatha Yoga. Then 5 years down the road I started teaching Kundalini Yoga. This built a foundation as I learned how to work with my body, mind, breath, sound, and energy. These years created a “muscle memory” of awareness points and pathways through my system.

When it Transitioned

I let go of framework of lineages and started to explore my own intuitive feminine Kundalini practice.

There was already an intelligence programmed in my body that knew how to work with big energetic experiences in a harmonious way.

I had the understanding of how to cultivate energy and could choose where I wanted to go with it or just fully allow and surrender.
