Online Kundalini Activation

Kundalini Activation is a sacred transmission of pure life-force energy that facilitates a profound awakening process within. This intelligent energy is a catalyst for transformation at the deepest levels. It is neither Kundalini Yoga nor Kundalini Breathwork but a sublime journey of surrender and remembrance. This specific session does not rely on willful effort or self-generating practices. Instead, it is a divinely guided process that harmonizes with your unique needs.

What You Need to Know:

My sessions are held in a way that is very nurturing, supportive, and professional. If you have felt nervous about Kundalini Activations, I promise you will be energetically held through each moment of the experience.

The benefits of Kundalini energy are endless. For each person, the experience can be different based on their unique needs and constitution. Some of the most common include:

One thing completely fascinating about Kundalini is each time you experience a session it can be different. It will vary based on what is currently needed in your body, emotions, and energy field. The more that you continue to work with it the deeper and more vast the sessions will be. Some of the common experiences include:

★ Release of stress and unprocessed emotions

★ Enhancement of consciousness and psychedelic-like states

What happens in a session is only the tip of the iceberg. Your entire energy system will continue making shifts in the days after. Be curious about how the session continues to evolve for you. 

Diet: Please do not eat 3 hours before the session. It is best to eat light on the day you are receiving the energy. No drinking, drugs, or smoking on the day of or the day before. 

Clothes: Wear loose comfortable clothes that you feel free to move in. 

Tech: You will need to have a laptop or cellphone, solid WIFI, and a solid sound setup (whether that be speakers or headphones). You will receive the Zoom link for the session after registration. 

Space: The space is private so you can fully relax. You can lay on the bed or a yoga mat. It can make it special to light candles, set up your altar, or burn incense.

The personal changes you may go through after a session can be very diverse. Here are some things to best support your experience. 

Time: Plan for some downtime for yourself to process immediately after the session. It’s best not to have any appointments, errands, or lots of driving planned. 

Foods: Your taste and desire for foods may fluctuate after the session. It is best to listen to what your body intuitively wants. 

Grounding: It can be supportive to spend some time out in nature after the session to rebalance your energy. 

Sensitivity Increase: Often our senses are more open and enhanced after experiencing the energy. Immediately after that, you may want to avoid crowded places, loud sounds, or any environments or people that may be extra stimulating.

Session FAQs

It can be hard to wrap your mind around the idea of “Energy Work” happening online. But there is no time or space within the quantum field. Energy is not confined to a location and can be sent anywhere in the world. We will feel and respond to each other just as if we were right next to each other.

There is no background needed to be apart of these session. Everyone is welcome!

Kundalini Activation is not advised for people who have epilepsy, schizophrenia, or women who are pregnant in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Unfortunately, Kundalini has a reputation for being dangerous. Most people that also share these stories are not people who have had actual kundalini experiences. Kundalini is a very purifying and transformative energy. It has the potential to make rapid changes in your life. It is in a very small number of cases that Kundalini has a negative effect. This typically only happens when people aggressively work with the energy on their own without any mentor or facilitator or when there are big group activations conducted with no education or support.

Yes. All participants must have their camera on during the energy work. There needs to be light in the room so that the body can be seen. No blur feature or background is to be used. The camera should be angled so that person is laying down and at least their hips to crown of head is visible.
