First Let’s Talk About…. GRACE

This is the element of working with a divine intelligence that we have no control over. All of these things I will share put you in a better place to connect and handle more energy. Yet the energy will do what it wants to do and sometimes there’s not always a logical rhyme or reason for it.

 1. Purification

The more energetically clear your vessel is, the more energy you can hold and run. Purification can come in many forms. From cleansing the out gunk of the intestines to disabling looping thought forms to clearing suppressed emotions and memories stored in the body to unraveling held physical patterns and tensions. All of these have energetic imprints that can create blockages.

 2. Relationship

The deeper your relationship with the energy, the more energy comes in for you. Developing the relationship comes from time spent with it, the ways in which you’ve explored together, how deep and raw you’ve been willing to get with it, and how available you are to merge with it. It’s not so different from a relationship with a loved one.

 3. Trust

The more you trust yourself, your gifts, and your energy – the more effortlessly it will flow. The self-doubts, judgments, questioning during sessions, and the pressure you put on yourself are all obstructing what is trying to come through.They will keep being in the way until you identify and deal with the root of the held beliefs causing these things.

 4. Nervous System Capacity

The amount of energy your nervous system and your total body can hold impacts what you can share. Kundalini rewires your nervous system slowly. The body takes time to catch up to and recalibrate to harmoniously handle the strong amounts of Kundalini Energy running through it. True integration takes time… (in my experience its taken years)

 5. Energetic Body Development

As Kundalini energy becomes more advanced and matures within your body, you can connect with higher and more potent streams of energy outside of yourself. When you focus on building your own Kundalini instead of only receiving it from others there is a different quality of wisdom and awareness you have with the energy that you can bring to another.
